Thanks to Conture for partnering with me for this post!
Next, decide on your focus area. I don't treat my entire face each and every treatment. I select one or two focus areas for the day. I am in my early 40s right now, so this might change as my skin care needs change. I tend to choose cheeks and forehead most of the time.
Using the device settings on the back of the Conture, choose the appropriate treatment setting. “FACE” is the default setting and works for most focus areas. You can also choose "NECK" or "MILD".
It is time to tone the treatment area. Slowly glide the device over the desired treatment area. I like to use the recommended paths shown on conture.com on the discover the science tab. You will glide the device every 3-5 pulses, or a maximum of 5 seconds before each glide. Repeat this as many times as needed to fully cover treatment area.
Complete your treatment by applying either the Kinetic AM Ignition Lotion in the morning, or the Kinetic PM Recovery Crème at night. Follow up with you own favorite moisturizer. The result? Skin that feels as smooth as a baby's bottom!
Stay tuned for part 3 of my Conture System blog series. It will feature my final results after using the Three Speed Conture System for three months.
