Neon Trees :: Pop Psychology :: Review

Looking for the perfect summer album? I have it. Neon Trees is celebrating the release of their new studio album, Pop Psychology. It is awesome. The album continues Neon Trees' exploration of new wave, smart pop and dance music, resulting in their most refined album to date. The band recorded the collection with Tim Pagnotta, who also produced their smash hits "Animal" and "Everybody Talks". If you haven't heard either of those songs, you are missing out. Neon Trees has a really refreshingly upbeat and fun sound.

The band has appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman, Good Morning America, Conan, TODAY, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, America's Got Talent, and LIVE! With Kelly & Michael. My favorite song is the first one on the album, "Love in the 21st Century." It makes me realize how happy I am that I didn't have to date in the age of texting and Facebook. Whew.

They are currently on a massive North American headline tour. Tickets are on sale now.
