How to Get Gorgeous Curls

I have curl envy. My hair is actually wavy, not exactly curly. Most of the time when I style my hair, I try to amp up my curls. The more curls the better. I have been playing around with curly hair products for years. Some make your hair frizzy, some make it sticky, some make it heavy, it is hard to find that just-right product that works. Here are five products that have helped me get gorgeous curls.

Do you desire shiny, bouncy curls? Try the got2b kinkier line. The got2b kinkier gloss ‘n define curling spray gel is a turbo-curl-charged, salon-inspired formula with mineral salt to boost curls and nectar oil to glossify. This weightless spray gel will give curls ultimate, high-speed definition and bounce. To use, spray generously throughout damp hair from roots to ends. Scrunch hair or twist around fingers for tighter curls. For smooth curls let hair air dry or blow dry using a diffuser for more defined curls and waves.

Boost your bounce with got2b kinkier gloss ‘n define curling mousse. Take charge of your wild wave and flaunt silky smoother spirals with endless definition and shine. To use, shake well before use. Then dispense a generous amount of foam into palm of hand. Work through towel-dried hair. Style as desired. For extra bounce, blow dry your hair upside down using a diffuser while scrunching your curls.

Perfect your curls with KMS California Curl Up Perfecting Lotion. It enhances natural curls and reduces frizz. The concentrated formula defines, moisturizes, softens, and smoothes for perfect curls. You can also use it to reactivate curls throughout the day. To use, emulsify 1-2 pumps and work through towel-dried hair. Add more as necessary. Diffuse or air dry. Scrunch curls to refresh throughout the day.

If you are going to use any styling tools, first spray a generous amount of Philip B. Oud Royal Thermal Protection Spray on damp or dry hair. This thermal spray will elevate shine and prevent breakage and split ends as you style, while also adding a light, seductive scent. The weightless, time-released hair perfume builds texture, enhances shine, and protects against damage from heat styling tools. Its potent L-amino acid complex strengthens hair while conditioning with additional botanical hydrators so light and tiny they won’t weigh your hair down. Light, seductive notes of oud encapsulated in tiny safflower oleosomes gradually release over time for a lingering, follow-me scent. To use, spray on damp or dry hair and comb through. Do not rinse. Style as usual.

If you need to create curls, get a little help from your friend John Frieda. After applying thermal protection spray, take the John Frieda by Conair Volume Curls 1½ inch Curling Iron and begin sectioning off hair, starting with the bottom layers. Curl hair away from your face to create more volume. For an uneven, messy look, curl randomly starting at different areas on each section. This curling iron is engineered with Titanium Ceramic Technology and Advanced Ionic Conditioning to seal in moisture and reduce frizz.
