CraftyCroc Liquid Chalk Markers & Chalkboard Labels :: Review and Giveaway

Feeling crafty? Do you have a crafty person on your gift list? Then CraftyCroc is perfect for you. CraftyCroc is a brand new company selling arts and craft supplies. Their first two products are a pack of 10 Neon Liquid Chalk Markers and a pack of 64 Chalkboard Labels. I had the chance to review both and they are so much fun!

The liquid chalk markers are no toxic so great for kids and are great for drawing on all non porous surfaces such as glass, mirrors, whiteboards, metal, glazed ceramics and tiles. They provide hours of indoor fun for kids during the colder months with their ability to decorate and write on windows, mirrors, plastics, metals, tiles and all manner of non-porous surfaces and their easy clean-up is a joy for parents. With a modest level of artistic ability, you can create some really cool works of art.

The chalkboard labels are a perfect accompaniment to the liquid chalk markers as you can use the markers on the labels and they wipe off clean. They are highly durable and have multiple uses around the home, from labeling jars and storage canisters in the kitchen, cupboards, place settings at the festive dinner table, weddings, scrapbooking and more. The back of each label is coated with the finest self-adhesive which keeps the sticker in place, but also allows it to be removed without leaving residue and replaced in a different location if necessary.

Each packet of CraftyCroc chalkboard labels contains a generous 64 large stickers (3 ½ x 2 inches) which are rectangular in shape providing class and uniformity. There are 32 plain rectangles with square corners and 32 rectangles with scalloped corners. Chalkboard stickers are incredibly popular for labeling anything from your containers in your pantry to your kids’ toy boxes.

CraftyCroc shared some great ideas for using liquid chalk markers with me. I wanted to share them with you and get your creative juices flowing!
  1. Mirrors :: Why not leave a message for a loved one, a daily affirmation, or a reminder note for yourself on the bathroom mirror and save your lipstick for your lips.
  2. Glass :: Play a game of Tick-Tack-Toe on your glass coffee table. Write names on your wine glasses or decorate them with pictures. Write on the glass of your photo frames with names, dates, love hearts, or a mustache if you wish - the sky’s the limit.
  3. Windows :: You can decorate your widows during the holidays, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Hanukkah, Christmas, Easter, New Year, the list goes on. They also work great on car windows. Try “Just Married”, “New Graduate”, “Happy Birthday” or “For Sale”.
  4. Glazed Ceramic :: Write “Hands Off” on your coffee cup in the office so it never gets pinched again. Personalize your dog or cat’s ceramic food or water bowls.
  5. Whiteboards :: Sure you can use standard whiteboard pens but with all these super bright colors, CraftyCroc Liquid Chalk Markers are much more fun!
  6. LED display boards :: A really eye-catching display for any business is the LED writing board. You can write whatever you like and have it lit up or choose an option that makes the writing appear to change color. As these boards are glass they are an ideal surface for these neon markers.
  7. Paper :: From making characters out of paper plates and drawing on faces to building houses out of boxes and drawing on doors and windows the possibilities are endless. These even work great when decorating egg cartons.
  8. Scrapbooking and Card Making :: These make a great addition to your crafting tool kit. The neon colors add a splash of brightness to any page or use the more conventional black marker for a bold classic look. The paint gives great coverage and has a different look and texture to conventional markers. Use with stencils for different designs.
  9. Chalkboard Labels :: Organize your home, office or classroom with these removable labels. Perfect for use on jars, cups, kitchen canisters, craft supplies, toy bins or labeling in scrapbooks.
  10. Plastics/Laminates/Metal :: These surfaces should always be tested first. If they test okay, they can be used these on metal filing cabinets, refrigerator, kitchen cabinetry and more.

As you can see, there are SO many uses for CraftyCroc Liquid Chalk Markers & Chalkboard Labels! There are hundreds of five star reviews on Amazon raving about these fun products. They make an ideal gift or stocking stuffer for the well-organized householder. CraftyCroc is giving TWO of my lucky readers a chance to win their own set of liquid chalk makers and labels!

  1. Chalkboard markers are so cool but they can be pricey for half-decent ones. I love to do all kinds of crafts and DIY stuff and I know I'd use the markers for one thing or another. I love the chalkboard spray paint so I'd probably use that for something..the labels I'm thinking, hmmm somekind of organization on a shelf...maybe jars or pots for eye/lip liners or cotton balls/q-tips and such.
