Did you know that Estroven and Avon Walk for Breast Cancer have teamed up to help raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research and prevention?! Since its launch in 2003, the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer series has raised more than $423 million through the dedication of nearly 160,000 participating women and men from across the country!
Estroven is inviting women to gather the important females in their lives to help raise funds for breast cancer research by “Sleeping Pink” and throwing pink pajama parties! We even had a Pink Party! The SleepPink.com site will not only provide women with digital tools to help in the organization of Sleep Pink pajama parties, but it will offer an online space to raise awareness of the important issues that women are facing. You can find downloadable invitations, menopause-friendly drink and food recipe suggestions, as well as décor and entertainment ideas. I found the site very helpful. That is where I found this great banner idea.
Once you have your party, make sure you post your photos here. For each Sleep Pink pajama party photo submitted, Estroven will make a $250 donation to benefit the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. This is so important! Why? Well, for one thing, two out of three invasive breast cancers are found in women 55 or older. Furthermore, a woman's risk of breast cancer triples from her thirties to her forties, and quintuples from her thirties to fifties. I don’t know about you, but this completely scares me! Annually in the U.S., nearly 100,000 women between the ages of 45 and 64 are diagnosed with breast cancer. Many of these women not only have to face breast cancer, they are also concurrently experiencing menopause. Let’s help! Here are some of the photos from my own Pink Party!
Estroven is a safe multi-symptom menopause relief solution. They are supporting the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, a project of the Avon Foundation for Women to support those impacted, while raising awareness and funds for breast cancer research and prevention. Did you know that there are currently 35 million women who have reached menopause, which constitutes one-third of the total female population of the United States?! While many stages of a woman’s life are emotional, menopause is particularly tumultuous. Getting enough sleep is a primary complaint. Estroven Nighttime is a product to help menopause-aged women dealing with sleep issues. What’s great is that each product contains naturally sourced ingredients that go beyond hot flashes and night sweats to relieve another bothersome symptom, i.e., irritability, sleep, energy, memory and concentration issues and weight issues, etc. Look out for specially marked packages of Estroven and Sleep Pink retail displays at Walgreens stores nationwide.
This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Sleep Pink from the makers of Estroven. The opinions and text are all mine.
