I really am trying to eat more whole foods during 2013! I've lost 6 pounds in the last two weeks from it! I also am trying to get outdoors more as being outdoors = being active! I normally stay hydrated by drinking water and fresh vegetable juice!

I was going to say cutting out bread, but that hasn't worked out so far....I am riding my stationary bike. I don't drink enough water yet, but I am drinking more than I was. I drink to take meds twice a day & try to drink a few bottles a day. Always after yoga too!

I have only drank water since January 1st. It has been a bit challenging at times but my skin has never been so glowing and clear. I also eliminated sugar from my diet which has also helped in making me feel even more energized. I stay hydrated by drinking a full glass a water when I wake up and when ever I feel hungry. This year I am recovering from some all-around "draining" cancer treatments and my husband from his second total hip replacement surgery and our goal is to restore ourselves not back - but forward to "better than ever" health.

I am trying so hard to live a healthier lifestyle. One of the things I have done is completely give up sodas and now drink only water and herbal teas. Just this one thing has made me feel so much better and as some of you know giving up sodas drastically helps or does away with incontinence. Now my next goal is to lose weight. I do struggle with that but I am determined to get these pounds off and to keep them off. I have a lot of grandchildren that I need to keep up with and play with, so I am going to become one healthy grandma.

I am lucky to have cold water available to me all day long at work - while I do indulge in the odd cup of coffee or tea occasionally when the office gets cold, I've been drinking water regularly. I'm really trying to eat right and get some cardo in there. I've lost some weight but would have thought it would be a lot more. I will keep at it though. I try to drink as much water as I can. thank you!
