I used my sample of NECTRESSE No Calorie Sweetener to make some Iced Green Tea! I did not need very much sweetener to get my tea just right. I could not tell the difference and I was not missing the real thing. Here is the recipe to try for yourself.
Iced Green Tea
Prep time: 5 minutes
Serves 1 (8 fl. oz. serving)
- 1 bag green tea
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 NECTRESSE No Calorie Sweetener, Packets
- Steep the tea bag in hot water for 2-3 minutes. Discard bag.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir until blended. Pour tea over ice.
Add 1 teaspoon of pomegranate juice for some extra flavor. You can also adjust the sweetness by adding a little more or less of NECTRESSE No Calorie Sweetener. For a stronger brew, seep the tea bag for 1-2 minutes longer.
