Love gum? Love music? Then do I have a treat for you! Trident, the makers of everyone's favorite gum, recently launched the See What Unfolds campaign! Approximately 3,000 lucky fans were treated to an evening of unexpected surprises thanks to world renowned DJ Steve Aoki, who hosted an unforgettable performance that included an appearance by legendary pop superstars Duran Duran. Yes, that is right. As in the totally awesome group from the 80s!

80s bands afro jack, duran duran, drake, aviici, lmfao, nicki minaj, rave music, deadmau5, skrillex, steve angello, steven aoki, best streaming music, free music, swedish house mafia, techno music, tiesto, music top 10

The defining moment of the night was a Steve Aoki produced remixed performance of the band's classic hit, Hungry Like The Wolf, aptly named, "Hungry Like The Wolf: Steve Aoki vs. Duran Duran - The New York Werewolf Mix" that brought the house down. The remix was the joint vision of electronic dance music master DJ Steve Aoki, and Duran Duran, who collaborated for weeks on the reinvention of the song. I am not making this up, but Duran Duran was one of the very first cassette tapes I bought in the 80s. I loved loved loved the song "Hungry Like The Wolf". Did you happen to catch that I love this song? So I could not wait to hear the collaboration. Check it out! It is amazing!

"In touch with the ground I'm on the hunt I'm after you." Oh wait, sorry. I got caught up in singing along! Did you belt out "Do do do do do do do dodo dododo dodo" too? Love it! Speaking of music collaborations, what are some of your favorites? There are so many! I can think of a few my favorite collaborations right off the top of my head.

My Top 5 Favorite Music Collaborations
Run DMC and Aerosmith, "Walk This Way"
U2 and Green Day, "The Saints are Coming"
David Bowie and Queen, "Under Pressure"
Coldplay and Rhianna, "Princess of China"
U2 and Luciano Pavarotti, "Miss Sarajevo"
What do you think? Are any of your favorites on my list? Okay so I mentioned U2 twice. They are my favorite band ever, so what can I say?! By leaving a comment with your favorite collaboration, you will be entered to win an awesome prize! Keep on reading and see the entry form below for more details.

    26. I REMEMBER the collaboration of the "Johns", Lennon and Elton John when I was a teen. As a teen I was a HUGE Beatles fan and got teased because that was "old" music. I know Lennon died shortly after their concert together. Some of my favorites were
"Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" Lennon's "One Day at a Time" "Whatever Gets You thru the Night". "I Saw Her Standing There"

Crap, I'm old! LOL! Wonder if still have teeth enough to chew Trident but I do love it. Haha.
