  4. It may sound strange, my but therapist recently gave me a tip for severe stress, like when I'm freaking out: running my face under cold water, or even better, taking a cold shower. It makes your brain clean and think about nothing but the cold water...it's been proven to a least temporarily relieve severe anxiety/stress.

  15. I actually look at a very funny website- I wont say the name but most of you know it, its kind of like 'darn you autocorrect'- this website NEVER fails to make me laugh until I am in tears. I can be in the worst mood and sit down and just chill out and read some of these autocorrect fails and laugh until my sides hurt.

  16. There's a free site called "The Meditation Room"-- Google it! It has audio meditation clips that I listen to and it helps me relax! :)

  21. When stress starts to get to me, I like to escape in "gaming" , either with my phone, ds, wii, online, etc. It really does help me get rid of bad stressful thoughts.

  27. To manage stress, I will sleep so that I could regain my energy, if I cannot sleep, I will do the things that could make me happy, of course not to the extent of hurting myself and others. Meditation is one way cure of stress also.
