Fun Ways to Capture Memories of Your Kids

A 4th Birthday photo. Use for any age!

I don't have kids (yet). But I am keeping track of things I want to do when I do have them. I have a board on Pinterest called For The Kiddos. I pin all kinds of ideas on my board, but here are some fun ideas I found on capturing memories of your kids.

Each day you write the year and something that happened that day like, "(Child's name) took her first steps." Re-use it year after year. What a great way to record special moments.

List what the kids like doing once a year. Combine the list with a great photo.

Create a personalized board book for baby.

First day of school signs for every year.

End of year favorites. Do this every year, make a photo book, and give it to them as a graduation gift!

How do you capture memories of your kids?
I wrote this post for the Blogging from A to Z Challenge. K is for Kids.

  1. I make movies on them on Pinnacle for each year of their lives.

  2. I've been filming every area of their lives so when they get older they will be able to view it. The good and the bad...lol
